Refund Policy

You have the right to refuse the goods purchased from ccafconceptcacao.com within 14 days from the moment of receipt. Please, send an email with information about the returned goods and the order number to team@ccafconceptcacao.com.

The goods must be returned in the original shipment packaging and together with the delivery documents. The goods must be undamaged and without significantly changed appearance. ccafconceptcacao.com has the right to refuse the right of withdrawal if the value, quality and safety of the goods have been reduced or signs of use of the goods have been detected.

If the delivered food item is damaged or of inadequate quality and you wish to return or exchange it, they must be returned to ccafconceptcacao.com no later than 72 hours after delivery. To inform shop please contact us by email team@ccafconceptcacao.com, attaching a photo of the damaged product.

Money for the returned items will be transferred to the payment method from which the purchase was paid within 3 to 5 business days from the date of return.
